SPRING 2008 SEATTLE CONDO TOUR OFFICIAL RULES

CONTEST VALID: Saturday, April 5, 2008 through Sunday, April 13, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Fisher Broadcasting-Seattle Radio, L.L.C. (“Fisher Radio”) reserves the right to change these dates at any time.   

HOW IT WORKS: 

• The Seattle Condo Tour contest is an onsite enter-to-win contest.  To enter-to-win onsite participants must visit at least six participating properties in the Downtown Seattle Condo Tour, April 5-6, or the Eastside Condo Tour, April 12-13.  Passports must be stamped at each condo by an on-site Fisher representative.  Once the “passport” has been stamped by six different properties the “passport” can be returned to a Fisher representative at the appropriate hub location (Fisher Plaza on April 5-6, 2008 or Bellevue High School on April 12-13, 2008) by 6:00 p.m. each day of the tour.
• Upon submission of the “passport” the on-site representative will verify that six different stamps have been obtained and that the form is completely filled out with valid contact information. The on-site representative may require valid photo identification to confirm age and address before taking receipt of the completed “passport.”
• Grand prize winners must provide proof of name via a valid government-issued form of identification as well as their social security number and complete all necessary tax and release forms.
• The grand prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible onsite entries. Drawings for the winners will be held Monday, April 14, 2008.  Winner will be notified by telephone. This notification may be recorded and replayed during any of the official broadcasts of the Fisher Radio programs at any time. All prize claims are subject to verification of the claimant’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules.

PRIZE: 

• Participants who return a completed “passport” with six valid stamps from participating Condo Tour properties will receive a free entrée coupon from Qdoba Mexican Grill.  Limit one entrée coupon per household while supplies last. Coupons expire May 15, 2008

2 GRAND PRIZES: 

• A gift certificate to Sunriver Resort (Gift certificates expire 12/19/08, good for lodging, food and beverage, golf, retail purchases, Sage Springs Spa, and recreation) and four  one day lift tickets to Mt. Bachelor (Lift tickets expire at the end of the 07/08 winter season).  Prize valued at $1,000. One grand prize winner will randomly be selected for each tour from all eligible entries.

Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prizes. Winners must claim prizes within 48 hours of notification.

THE FOLLOWING GENERAL RULES APPLY TO ALL FISHER RADIO SEATTLE CONTESTS:

ELIGIBILITY & LIMITATIONS:

• No purchase necessary.  Contest subject to federal, state and local laws.  Void where prohibited by law. Winner certifies he or she has read, understands and will abide by all contest rules.
• Participants in this contest must be 18 years or older to.
• False or deceptive entries or acts including multiple or mechanically reproduced entries will render entrants ineligible.  One entry per person, per tour. 
• Winners need not be present to win grand prize but must be present to be awarded an entrée coupon to Qdoba Mexican Grill.
• Fisher Radio reserves the right to choose alternate grand prize winners if unable to contact winners at the telephone numbers provided within 2 business days during business hours.
• Fisher Radio, and Fisher Communications, Inc. and sponsors are not responsible for telephone, cellular phone or Internet communications or damage to user’s system as a result of participating in the contest.  Poorly connected or disconnected cellular phone calls may be disqualified.
• Participants understand that if they call-in or enter any Fisher Radio Seattle contest (mail-in, on-site enter to win, web site or on-air) they may be called by Fisher Radio live on-the-air or taped live-on-the-air for use as part of the on-air contest or in future advertising on Fisher Radio.  By entering a contest, participants grant permission Fisher Radio and its affiliates to use their name and/or voice on air and in all forms of advertising without further compensation or permission. 
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not redeemable for credit or cash, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and are non-endorsable.  In the event a substitution for a prize may become necessary due to unavailability or circumstances beyond Fisher Radio Seattle’s control, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at sole discretion of Fisher Radio Seattle and any/all contest Sponsors.
• Winner is required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and a Winner Release form before prize will be awarded. The W-9 and Winner release will be sent to winner via mail, fax or email.  Winner or their authorized designee may make arrangements to pick up prize at Fisher Radio (140 Fourth Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109) Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.  Winner may also fax or mail back the required forms along with a copy of his/her driver’s license or other valid government i.d. Winner must return forms within ten days of being notified that they have won or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
• The winner (or winner’s guardian) agrees to pay all expenses, taxes & fees not included in the prize. Fisher Radio Seattle will report to the Internal Revenue Service any winnings totaling over $600 (in cash or fair market value) in a one year period. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 if any earnings are reported.
• Employees of Fisher Radio and Fisher Communications, Inc., and any of their affiliates, their dependants and immediate families as well as employees of participating Sponsors and vendors are not eligible to participate or win.   
• Participants waive any and all claims against Fisher Radio and Fisher Communications, Inc., and their affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents for injuries, damages, or losses related to the contest.
• Final determination of all winners will be determined solely by Fisher Radio.
